Each mL contains: cyanocobalamin 1000 µg. Nonmedicinal ingredients: benzyl alcohol 1.5% (as preservative), sodium acetate and acetic acid (as buffers), sodium chloride (for isotonicity), sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid (to adjust pH) and water for injection. Multidose vial of 10 mL.
