Place Your Order
Browse products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your location and order total.
Prescription Review
Prescription medications require a valid veterinary prescription. Upload it at checkout, have your vet send it, or let us contact your vet on your behalf.
Dispensing & Preparation
Once verified, our licensed pharmacy team dispenses and packages your medication. Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
Shipped With Tracking
Once your order leaves our pharmacy, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Shipments are insured for their full declared value.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates begin after your prescription has been reviewed, your order has been dispensed, and the package has shipped.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, holidays, and remote locations may cause delays. Delivery time does not include prescription review and dispensing time.

Skip the wait and collect your pet's medication in person at no charge. You'll receive a notification once your order is ready.

Refrigerated & Specialty Medications
Some medications require temperature-controlled packaging to maintain their effectiveness. If your order includes a refrigerated product, our team will contact you before shipping to confirm arrangements.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate the package promptly upon delivery. PetMedsForLess.ca is not responsible for products compromised due to delayed retrieval after confirmed delivery.
Insured Shipments
We pack every order with care and hand it off to trusted carriers. All shipments are insured for their full declared value, helping protect your order during transit.
Once tracking is provided, responsibility for safe transit lies with the carrier.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If something does not look right with your delivery, contact us quickly so our team can help resolve it.
Damaged Package
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it with the carrier where possible and contact us within 48 hours at support@petmedsforless.ca with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
Lost in Transit
If your package appears lost, contact us and we'll open a trace request with the carrier. Resolution timelines are subject to the carrier's claims process and typically take 5–10 business days.
Incorrect Item
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
PetMedsForLess.ca is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Prescription & Non-Prescription Returns
Due to Canadian pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned.
Prescription Medications
We are unable to accept returns on dispensed prescription medications. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Prescription Products
For non-prescription products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss return eligibility.
