Refrigerated & Specialty Medications

Some medications require temperature-controlled packaging to maintain their effectiveness. If your order includes a refrigerated product, our team will contact you before shipping to confirm arrangements.

If your package appears lost, contact us and we'll open a trace request with the carrier. Resolution timelines are subject to the carrier's claims process and typically take 5–10 business days.

Incorrect Item

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

PetMedsForLess.ca is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Prescription & Non-Prescription Returns

Due to Canadian pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after prescription verification is complete. Refrigerated or specialty medications may require additional handling time.
Do prescription orders ship right away?
No. Prescription medications require a valid veterinary prescription before they can be dispensed. Your order will remain on hold until the prescription has been received and verified.
What happens if my prescription cannot be verified?
If documentation cannot be obtained, your order will be cancelled and your payment authorization will be released in full. You will not be charged.
Can I return prescription medication?
Due to Canadian pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available at 1100 Barrydowne Road, Sudbury, Ontario. Please wait until you receive your ready notification before coming in.
