1. Acceptance of Terms By using PetMedsForLess.ca, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Who We Are PetMedsForLess.ca is operated by a licensed Ontario pharmacy. All prescription medications are dispensed in compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists regulations and applicable Canadian law.

3. Prescription Requirements Many products on our site require a valid veterinary prescription. By placing an order for a prescription medication, you confirm that:

  • A valid prescription exists from a licensed veterinarian

  • You will provide or arrange for the prescription to be sent to us before your order is dispensed

  • You will not attempt to obtain prescription medications without a valid prescription

Orders requiring a prescription will be placed on hold until a valid prescription is received. Orders where documentation is not provided may be cancelled.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars

  • Payment is collected at the time of order

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or failure to receive required prescription documentation

  • A dispensing fee of $6.99 applies to all prescription medications

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping on orders over $100

  • Flat $15 shipping fee on orders under $100 across Canada

  • Local delivery within 30 km of Sudbury: $10

  • In-store pickup available at no charge at 1100 Barrydowne Road, Sudbury, ON

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary; we are not liable for carrier delays

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we are unable to accept returns on dispensed medications. If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petmedsforless.ca.

7. Limitation of Liability PetMedsForLess.ca is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from the misuse of medications, failure to follow veterinary instructions, or the use of medications for species or conditions not indicated. Always follow your veterinarian's guidance.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of PetMedsForLess.ca and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
