Opioid antagonist. Each mL of sterile, clear, colourless, isotonic aqueous solution contains:  naloxone HCI 0.4 mg, sodium chloride 8.6 mg (for isotonicity), methylparaben 1.8 mg and propylparaben 0.2 mg (as preservatives), hydrochloric acid (to adjust pH) and water for injection.
