Overview
The K Phos-Boost bolus contains 106 grams of phosphate and 87 grams of potassium. The safe and recommended dosage is 2 boluses once a day for up to three days. The bolus was developed at the request of veterinarians concerned with the lack of approved boluses dealing with animals that are suspected to be hypokalemic and or hypophosphatemic in the demanding period following calving or when off feed.
