Each 0.4 mL prefilled syringe contains: 10 mcg of darbepoetin alfa in a sterile, preservative-free solution (pH 6.2 +/- 0.2) containing sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, polysorbate 80 and sodium chloride in water for injection, USP.
